All the requirements for the BMW remote diagnostic/coding session:

BMW K+DCan (for E-Series) or ENet (for F/G/I-Series) cable.
Windows 7 or 10 laptop.
TeamViewer software.
Car charger or power supply is recommended and it is mandatory         for programming session.
A good fast internet connection.
